Our BBQ expertise shines in the summer months, delivering mouthwatering menus that leave your guests coming back for more and more.

We cater from 8 to up to 1200 people.

The Planning

Whether you would like us to use the in house BBQ or bring our grill with us, we will work around the facilities on site to plan the perfect menu for you and your guests. From marquee installations to handling logistics, designing your event, and meticulous planning, we oversee every aspect. Our staff set up and pack down without leaving a trace behind.  Our menu varies from the traditional classics to lobster, seafood and steak platters - we bespoke every menu to make sure it's perfect and in line with your budget.

I was not sure exactly what I wanted for my 60th birthday but Daina gave me lots of options and took all the stress out for me. A tasty spread of interesting salads and a great bbq selection was beautifully presented and mopped up by all my hungry guests. The steak platters were a great addition and the chimmichanga dressing the best I've ever had.
